Ginebra is now 4-1 in the conference standings while Blackwater dropped to 1-3.
The game was close in the early goings with the teams tied at 36-all late in the second period.
Brownlee and Ginebra, though, closed out the half strong, outscoring Blackwater 12-4 over the last three minutes to make it an eight-point game, 48-40, at the half.
Aguilar (10 points and six rebounds) and Tenorio (nine points and four assists) both had terrific showings to lead the Kings in the first half.
Ginebra continued to play well in the third as they pushed their lead up to double-digits, 70-58, after Brownlee drilled a three-pointer.

But Blackwater found some footing with some baskets from Eric Dawson and Bam Gamalinda before a late jumper from Kyle Pascual made it a five-point game, 74-69, to close the period. Dawson scored 11 big points in the third while Art Dela Cruz added eight.
Sol Mercado made some big plays for Ginebra early in the fourth, hitting a three-pointer, breaking away in transition and even setting up Brownlee for a fastbreak layup as they Kings began to run away with it, 86-76.
Carlo Lastimosa started to get going for the Elite, which looked to hang around in the contest.
But Aguilar responded with some big shots and Tenorio and Brownlee made some three-pointers and took over in the endgame to push the Ginebra lead to 18 points in the dying minutes.
The Kings were able to survive a huge showing from the Elite’s import, Dawson, who finished with 26 points, 18 rebounds and seven assists.
