Quinahan hit four three-pointers and Belga three for the Elasto Painters, who won their first game of the season-ending conference by building a 66-49 halftime edge and never allowing GlobalPort to mount a comeback.
The wide-bodied Quinahan finished with 24 points while Belga added 12 off the bench for Rain or Shine, who also got 28 points and 13 rebounds from import Wendell McKines in snapping a two-game losing streak to start the conference.
GlobalPort fell to 3-2 despite a career game from Romeo, who matched the franchise record for most points in a game set by import Markeith Cummings in the 2013 Governors Cup. Romeo also posted the highest scoring game by a GlobalPort player, surpassing the 35 set by Sol Mercado in last season's Philippine Cup.

Jarrid Famous had 26 points and 16 rebounds in his debut for Globalport, which sat out rookie Stanley Pringle.
Rain or Shine will have little time to savor the victory as it returns to action on Friday against Barangay Ginebra in the second of back-to-back games in this Middle East oasis.
